By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Bill Sonic ("the App," "the Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Bill Sonic, operated by Navyansh Kothari. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Bill Sonic is a cross-platform point-of-sale (POS) application designed for small and medium-sized businesses. The App provides the following features:

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are solely responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
You retain full ownership of all business data you input into the App, including but not limited to product information, sales records, customer transaction data, inventory data, and coupon configurations.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than delivering the Service, except as required by law.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we use industry-standard measures to protect your data, we are not liable for any data loss.
The App, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and all content created by us, is the intellectual property of Navyansh Kothari and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. This license does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the App.
Bill Sonic is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscription plans, or premium tiers in the future. If we do so, we will provide advance notice and clearly communicate pricing before any charges are applied. No fees will be charged without your explicit consent.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
You acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BILL SONIC, NAVYANSH KOTHARI, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bill Sonic, Navyansh Kothari, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any claim that your data or content caused damage to a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature located in the App Settings. Alternatively, you may contact us at the email address below to request manual account deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bill Sonic regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
